BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof and easy to clean.
It does not retain smells or moisture and is available in many colours.
Under normal use, BioThane® will long outlast leather.
BioThane remains flexible and durable in cold weather.
From receiving your order we will aim to ship your items to you within 1-2 weeks.
No, as all items are bespoke they can not be returned. However if an item is faulty we will replace or refund items.
Please use a fabric tape measure to measure your dog for collars and muzzles.
For adjustable collars, the neck size you provide will be the middle hole, with 2-4 holes either side for adjustment.
For martingale collars please measure your dogs neck plus the widest part of their head.
For muzzles please use our measuring guide and email us the pictures of our measurements.
All our leads and collars are either 16mm or 25mm in width.
We recommend 16mm for puppies and small breeds.
We recommend 25mm for medium - large breeds.
Muzzles are all 16mm width.
