Our Team
I’m Steph, the founder of PUPPERS. I developed our small business after our two pups were seized as ‘Pit Bull type’ dogs. We fought to get them back as exempt banned breeds. I wanted them to be as comfortable as possible and also try to stop the public perception of muzzled dogs being ‘scary’. So, I began the journey of creating our Biothane muzzles, leads and collars.
Reggie and Ronnie are the creative designers behind PUPPERS and my inspiration for starting this business. Without them it wouldn’t exist. They help with new designs and are top testers for new products. I have a full-time job as an anatomy specialist at the University of Bristol Veterinary School. This gives me expert knowledge in physiological breed differences and that there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ muzzle option. A bespoke option is great depending on your need for a muzzle.

All our products are handmade using BioThane, which is a durable, waterproof, easy to clean and very strong. It comes in a large variety of colours meaning you can customise your pups wardrobe to match their individual personality.
